If you have any troubles using the TVStatus application and cannot find an answer in the frequently asked questions below, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are glad to help you and are eager to hear your feedback so that we can improve our application and add lots of cool features in future updates.

1.) How to I add a show to keep track of?

You can search for shows by name by selecting the “Search” tab at the bottom of the screen and entering the name of a show. Results will then load based on your query and you can select which shows you would like to keep track of.

2.) Why isn’t a certain show listed when I search for it?

Our database only keeps track of current shows that are going to have episodes coming up in the near future. If you believe that we are missing a show then please contact us and we can add it! We strive to keep our database as up to date as possible but we do make mistakes since there are thousands of television shows to keep track of.

3.) Can I add a show that is listed in the schedule section?

Sure! Just click on any show listed in the schedule section and you will be asked if you would like to add the show to your list of shows to keep track of.

4.) Why isn’t there information about the next episode of *Fill in show name here*?

Our database is updated daily based on information acquired from TVRage.com and a number of other sources on the internet. If there is no information listed for the show then we just don’t know when the next episode will be yet! Sometimes there is a lack of information available about certain shows such as when shows will be returning from extended breaks, etc. Rest assured, as soon as we know anything new about the show’s status, you’ll know through the TVStatus application!

5.) Can you add information about *Fill in show name here* that is from Europe or Australia?

Sure! Currently our database contains information about shows that are aired in the United States but we are working on integrating information about shows from Europe, Australia, Asia and other locations around the World. Just let us know what you want us to add to our database and we’ll do our best to make that happen as soon as possible.

6.) Your information about *Fill in show name here* is wrong!

Well, we apologize! We’ll fix it if you let us know about it using the contact link above. There are thousands of shows that we are trying to keep track of so it is more than likely that we will make a mistake some time. Our information about shows is graciously provided by TVRage.com which is a community driven site dedicated to keeping track of TV Shows. If you see an episode or show that is missing some information, please consider visiting TVRage.com and adding the information yourself. Be sure to sign up and become a member of TVRage while you are there!

7.) Why doesn’t the information about the episodes ever update?

You need a connection to the internet to update information about the episodes. If you are having troubles getting the information make sure that your phone is online and then try again.
