Downtime and New Updates

Unfortunately, our web host experienced a long period of downtime on Sunday, March 8th, 2009. This may have caused some issues with the TVStatus application today but it seems that our host has corrected problems and the application should be working properly now. As always, we are very sorry when issues like this occur since we strive to provide the best service possible and downtime is just problematic.

A new version of TVStatus was also release on February 21st, 2009. This version, v1.1, brought a number of new features to the application. Users can now choose an offset value to adjust the show times of the episodes to reflect the time zone they are in. Users can also select whether or not to turn on automatic updates which can cause the application to load quicker.

In addition to v1.1, an update was released this past week which brings the current version to 1.1.1. This minor update corrected a couple small bugs as well as added the option to select the background color and text color for the My Shows list. Users can now select from a variety of background colors in order to customize the application to their preferences.
